For the 2nd year, World Wellness Weekend (WWW) is organized on Costa Tropical on September 20, 21 & 22, 2024. Local therapists, coaches, trainers, practitioners are donating their time and providing free activities so the public can get free access to wellness activities. It’s an opportunity to meet other likeminded people, get more visibility for your services and see what is available in the area.

Over 50 FREE activities in the weekend including sound healing, Chi Kung, yoga, Fire dance show, shamanic healing, breathwork, dance and movement, singing, massages, Astroyoga, Reiki, astral travel workshop and a lot of talks and many other activities!
We will finish off on Sunday evening with a salsa live music party in La Cochera.

A PLANETARY CELEBRATION
Around the world, 8,000 venues and professionals in 150 countries will open their doors to encourage the public to try fun new group classes with friends, family and colleagues.
World Wellness Weekend provides a map with a geolocator in 18 languages to find free indoor group sessions as well as outdoor recreational activities offered by gyms, yoga studios, spas, salons, spas, hotels and resorts.
During and after World Wellness Weekend, online training sessions with fitness professionals, inspiring podcasts with influencers and webinars with holistic professionals will also be available, to help people stay active, healthy and happy.

World Wellness Weekend was founded in 2017 to support the United Nations goal of “Good health and well-being for all” by promoting 5 pillars of well-being: sleep and creativity, nutrition and immunity, movement and vitality, mindfulness and serenity, sense of purpose and solidarity.
This free event is growing exponentially thanks to the support of 2 Ministries of Health, 3 Ministries of Tourism, 30 City Councils, 60 International Federations and 190 volunteers around the world.
Fitness, sports, mindfulness, hospitality and tourism professionals have heard the UN call to support their staff and their communities, to address the challenges of inactivity, obesity and anxiety.
